How it works · Coming soon

One job post. More ways to be found. Your agency stays front and center.

Nanny Agency Jobs is building a national place to discover agency-represented nanny and household roles. We’ll help turn a job link or description into a clear listing, identify the agency behind it, and direct applicants to that agency’s own process.

The directory is still in development. Today’s form is a request to participate; it does not publish jobs.

01

Request to join

An authorized agency representative shares the agency website and gives permission to review its publicly posted household jobs. We confirm each request before anything appears.

02

Share an opening

Our planned job intake will accept a link to a public posting or a pasted description if the agency does not post jobs on its site. Every job will need an agreed application destination.

03

We prepare the listing

We’ll organize the role, location, pay, schedule, and full description into a readable draft, flag missing or private details, and preserve the facts the agency supplied.

04

Review, then publish

After agency sign-off and our listing review, an approved role can have its own SEO-ready page with Google JobPosting structured data where eligible, agency credit, and a direct path to apply. No job goes live automatically.

05

Keep it current

Agencies will be able to request corrections or removal. We plan to check whether linked jobs remain open and report the visits and outbound clicks our listings generate.

SEO and job posting schema

Built for search. Branded for your agency.

We plan to prepare each approved opening as a full, accurate job page that search engines can understand. Your agency receives the credit and interested candidates continue to your application process.

01 — SEO-ready job pages

A dedicated page for each approved role.

We plan to use clear page titles, complete descriptions, role and location details, internal links, and a job sitemap so openings can be discovered through search. Closed jobs need to be updated or removed promptly.

02 — Google JobPosting schema

Job details in a format Google understands.

Where a listing qualifies, its page can include JobPosting structured data that matches the visible job title, full description, posted date, location, and appropriate hiring-organization details. That can make the page eligible for Google’s job search experience; inclusion and traffic are not guaranteed.

Agency job→SEO-ready listing→Candidate discovery→Agency application

The agency stays named on the listing and receives applicants through its own process. SEO pages, JobPosting markup, and reporting are planned features; the current site is an early agency-interest page.
